Ukrainian Reconstruction Fund is expanding the circle of partner organizations. Thus, on October 7, in Kyiv, the chair of the Fund Iryna Leshchynska held a meeting with Mykhailo Zahorovskyi, the CEO of the medical company Kontakt.
The company develops and manufactures high-tech endoscopic equipment for minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, rhinoscopy, thoracoscopy, etc.).
During the meeting, Mykhailo Zahorovskyi noted that Kontakt holds a leading position in the domestic medical equipment market. The enterprise operates a quality management system that allows it to produce devices that are not inferior to European models but cost much less. Currently, more than 60% of products are delivered to Ukrainian customers, and 35% are exported abroad.
For her part, Iryna Leshchynska said that assistance to healthcare institutions, in particular – the supply of medical equipment – is among the priorities of the Ukrainian Reconstruction Fund. After inspecting the production facilities of the enterprise, she noted that the Fund would be happy to cooperate with a company that has proven itself well on the market.
– It is important for us that this is a Ukrainian manufacturer. We must support each other in difficult times for the country, – emphasized Iryna Leshchynska.
