The Ukrainian Reconstruction Fund began its work in Ukraine to restore the country’s infrastructure

Charitable organisation Ukrainian Reconstruction Fund was founded in Ukraine recently. It aims to assist in the restoration of Ukraine’s infrastructure that suffered from russian invasion, specifically those in the social sphere: sport, medicine, education and culture.

Chair of the Fund Iryna Leshchinska told Operatyvna Ukraine Info.

The main aim of the Fund is to accumulate projects of buildings that were destroyed and need immediate reconstruction with the following pitching to foreign funds and donors to receive financing, according to her.

“These days, our team started visiting towns and villages affected by russian aggression. We communicate with the local deputies to prepare all required documents to reconstruct social objects as soon as possible”, Iryna Leshchinska said.

The fund has started to work on humanitarian help for civilians consisting of food, medicines and other essentials, she added.
