The young artist Orest-Vasyl Kuziv (1997) also takes part in the event «Ukraine: from war to peace». The painter uses the oil painting technique.
He is a master of exquisite lyrical landscape: his canvases combine visions of the beauty of the Ukrainian land and his deepest love for his nation. In 2018, he graduated from the faculty of fine art and restoration at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, department of painting and composition, professor Vasyl Zabashta’s workshop of landscape painting, chaired by Ihor Melnychuk.
The same year, he joined the master`s degree program at Lviv National Academy of Arts in the department of monumental painting.
His professors were Bohdan Kuziv, Volodymyr Sandiuk, Ihor Melnychuk, Orest Zaborskyi. In 2019, he became a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Thus artist Orest Kuziv, comprising all his creative achievements, seems to proclaim to the whole world: Glory to Ukraine – Glory to the Heroes! Solo Exhibitions: «Together on the path of painting» (Ivano-Frankivsk, 2013); «To the light», Prykarpattia Art Museum (Ivano-Frankivsk, 2018); «My horizon», fortress gallery «Bastion» (Ivano-Frankivsk, 2019).
