Viktoriya Korsunova, Director of the Kyiv office of the Ukraine Reconstruction Fund, has once again proved that heart and kindness can change the world. For the second time, she visited the Main Military Medical Clinical Center of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to personally hand over two more wheelchairs for those who are fighting for our future.
Together with Victoria Korsunova, Iryna Verigina, co-founder of the Values Cultural Space, visited the Border Guard Service hospital.
The wheelchairs are intended for border guards who are currently undergoing treatment and rehabilitation after being wounded in combat. Each wheelchair is not just a means of transportation, but a chance for faster recovery and hope for a new life without limitations. Each of them contains not only functionality but also a sincere gesture of care and support from the Ukraine Reconstruction Fund.
“We cannot stand aside when our heroes need help. These people risk their lives for our freedom, and we are doing our best to facilitate their recovery. We are grateful to each of them and will continue our work to support them,” said Victoria Korsunova during the delivery of the wheelchairs.
In early August, the Ukraine Reconstruction Fund handed over a multifunctional rehabilitation chair Invacare TDX SP Power to the heroic border guard Oleksandr Bohor, who lost both legs in fierce fighting near Klishchiyivka and is currently undergoing a difficult path of treatment and rehabilitation.

The management and volunteers of the Ukraine Reconstruction Fund plan to continue to support our defenders, providing them with everything they need to return to active life as soon as possible. These aid campaigns are a vivid example of how together we can overcome any difficulties and restore our Ukraine.
