  • He was born on January 22, 1948 in the village of Volodymyrivka, Kyivska oblast. He graduated from high school with a silver medal. After graduating from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, he worked for ten years at a research institute – engaged in research and field testing of the latest products for the military-industrial complex.
  • At that time he was elected a deputy of the Kyiv City Council three times. In 1986 he joined the executive branch: he was deputy, first deputy chairman of the Kyiv Railway District Executive Committee. In 1991-2002 headed the Executive Committee and then the District Administration.
  • For two years he worked in the Administration of the President of Ukraine as the head of the department. Then he headed the Main Department of Capital Construction and Investment of the Internal Affairs Ministry of Ukraine.
  • In 2006 he headed the Service of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.
  • He retired in 2008 from the position of Department Director of the Regional Development Ministry of Ukraine.
  • Candidate of Science in Public Administration (2004).
  • He was awarded the Order «For Merit» of the third degree.
  • Full member of the Civil Engineering Academy of Ukraine.
Roman Pavelkiv

First vice-rector of Rivne State University of the Humanities, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Higher School Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology of Rivne State University of the Humanities.

  • He was born on July 2, 1956 in Lvivska oblast. He graduated from Rivne State Pedagogical Institute named after D.Z. Manuyilskyi. He began his career as a teacher of psychology and pedagogy at the Kremenets Pedagogical School.
  • In 2003 he received the academic title of professor, in 2005 – defended his doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Psychological Sciences at the Research Institute of Psychology. Named after G.S. Kostyuk NAPS of Ukraine.
  • Author of a number of books and articles. The total output is about 200 scientific papers. Member of specialized scientific councils for the defense of doctoral and candidate dissertations in three higher educational institutions.
  • He was awarded several honorary titles and awards, including the badge “Excellence in Education of Ukraine”; honorary title “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine” (2003); breastplate of Education and Science Ministry of Ukraine “Petro Mohyla”, the Order “For Merits” of the third degree and the Order of the “Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Volodymyr the Great” of the third degree.

  • He was born on July 14, 1979 in Rivne. In 2002 he graduated from the International University “Rivne Institute of Economics and Humanities” named after Academician Stepan Demyanchuk, majoring in Finance.
  • In 2003 he graduated from the National University “Ostroh Academy” with a degree in “Law”.
  • Since 2001 he has been working at the International University of Economics and Humanities named after Stepan Demyanchuk. In 2020 he was appointed rector of this higher educational institution.
  • Corresponding Member of the Economic Sciences Academy of Ukraine, Academician of the Administrative and Legal Sciences Academy of Ukraine.

  • He was born on 23 May 1981 in Chortkiv, Ternopilska oblast.
  • Father Vitalii studied in Chortkiv Markian Shashkevych Gymnasium, Volyn Theological Seminary and Lviv Seminary of the Holy Spirit.
  • He graduated from the National Academy of State Administration (Management and Administration faculty), Master of Public administration.
  • Father Vitalii served in the Ternopil Cathedral of the Nativity. In 2004, he started his service in Kyiv. Father Vitalii had been a pastor of St Andrew’s Church before it was gifted to the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople.
  • He is taking an active part in creating a new Ukrainian Church. He was present at the Tomos of Autocephaly transfer ceremony of The Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
  • Father Vitalii was awarded a Medal for Labour and Victory, certificate of merit of Kyiv Regional State Administration and Jubilee Cross of the first Unification council and creation of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine anniversary.

  • In 2001, he graduated from the Academy of Fire Safety of Ukraine with a specialty in Fire Safety, in 2008 – graduated from the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine” with a specialty in Law, and in 2019 – graduated from the National Academy of State Administration under the President of Ukraine with a specialty in Public Management and Administration.
  • In 2021, he worked in the structures of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
  • He started working in 2001 as an inspector of the 8th independent fire station in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv.
  • From 2016 to November 2022 – Head of the Department of Technical Regulation and Regulatory Work of the Fire Safety Department of the Emergency Prevention Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
